Glazing Pieces

My notebook notebook of glaze recipes I've collected. I find a glaze I'd like to mix or a new one to try.

I get the raw materials out: compounds, oxides, minerals. I measure by weighing following the recipe.

Put them in bowl and mix with water.

Then I put the mixture through a mesh sieve. It mixes the glaze and gets rid of any lumps.

Mixed glazes in jars with name labels. Ready to be brushed onto bisque pots and sculptures.
